Plastic Pipes Conference Association # 2016 Berlin

Chen Jianchun, Liu Luliang

3S (Strengthen Single System) cyclone single stack system is a new product for building drainage, which has the advantages of saving materials, large drainage quantity, low drainage noise, etc. In this system, the guide structure, swirl angle, volume structureand the height of spiral reinforcement are optimized according to the hydrodynamics, structural mechanics and acoustics. The unique cyclone drainage form could effectively improve the hydraulic conditions of stack and reduce the positive and negative pressure fluctuations of inner stack, which could ensure the security of water seal and reduce the collisions between water and pipe wall or air. Keywords: Single stack; SC tee; Flow; Noise.
