The successful application of plastics pipes in several fields has contributed to investigate pS- pes of polyolefines for their suitability in hea- tinq systems. The general tendency to low-tetm- perature heating is hereby conducive. Basically, two different kinds of underfloor heating systems exist : 1. The so-called "Wet System", and 2. The "Dry System". Both contribute to considerable energy savinqs.
