Studies on the Drainage Performance of the Double-pipe Drainage Stack System

We have recently developed " D o u b l e - p i p e d r a i n a g e stack s y s t e m " which has a c o m p a c t n e s s of s p e c i a l d r a i n a g e c o n n e c t o r and the d r a i n a g e p e r f o r m a n c e of a traditional ventit'ated two-pipe s y s t e m . T h e d o u b l e - p i p e d r a i n a g e s t a c k s y s t e m c o n s t i t u t e s the f u n c t i o n of the t w o - p i p e s y s t e m b y making the stack and d o u b l e - p i p e c o n n e c t o r s to c o m m u n i c a t e with i t at each f l o o r s to d o u b l e s t r u c t u r e c o m p r i s i n g inner and outer m e m b e r s . T h e inside of the inner m e m b e r is used for d i s c h a r g e of raste s a t e r . a h i l e the s p a c e betveen the inner and the outer member is used f o r vent. We have distributed t h i s s y s t e m a s " R Y U R E X - S Y S T E M " i n J a p a n s i n c e 1992. A n d then we received f i f t y m i d d l e and h i g h e r buildings. T h i s report d e s c r i b e s the f e a t u r e of this s y s t e m and the r e s u l t s of its basic test on the d r a i n a g e p e r f o r m a n c e .
